You can place an order online any time in 24 Hours a day.
Order are also accepted by Phone, Fax, And Email.
“Please place dry and frozen foods seperately otherwise it be sent as normal dry parcel”

Delivery will be done next day, if orders are received before 2:00 PM ( Monday ~ Friday ) and 12:00 noon on Saturdays.

If orders are placed after 2:00 pm, it will be considered as next day.

Please dont expect delivery on Sundays.

For Customers living in Kanto Area : Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Yamanashi, Gunma

Delivery Time for Kanto Area : 1-2 days

Delivery Charge for Kanto Area : Free Delivery for Order Value above 8500 Yen (upto 18 kgs).
For Order Value below 8500 Yen, delivery charges would be 1000 Yen for 18kgs and 1300 Yen for 28kgs.

Frozen Delivery Charge for Kanto Area : 1500 Yen (15 kgs

Delivery Time for Chubu Hokuriku Area : 1-2 days

Delivery Charge for Chubu Hokuriku Area : Free Delivery for Order Value above 10,000 Yen (upto 18 kgs).
For Order Value below 10,000 Yen, delivery charges would be 1200 Yen for 18kgs and 1600 Yen for 28kgs.

Payment Methods

Presently only one payment methods are available Cash on Delivery

Payment in Cash is collected by delivery man  at the time of delivery, if you fail to pay the amount in full, parcel can not be delivered (Once parcel has been dispatched, payment option can not be changed, even if you call us and want us to speak to the delivery boy)

Refund Policies

Subject to any withdrawal right you may have under applicable law, charges are non-refundable unless the price plan terms expressly say otherwise. Except as otherwise required by law, the costs of any returns if permitted will be at your expense.

Order Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of any order placed should be cancelled by phone only before 2:00 PM on the same working day of the dispatched or before. Once order is dispatched, it is responsibility of the customer to receive the package with the full payment. If order is cancelled after the above mentioned timeframe and package has been dispatched from the warehouse, cost of shipment and handling has to be borne by the customer.

Note

Even though we want to deliver within 24 hours, how ever due to traffic conditions and unavoidable weather conditions deliver may be takes 2-3 days depending on your area location.
We will arrange next day delivery, but we cannot ensure timely delivery during weekends or national holidays.
